These terms apply to every order placed on this website, which is operated by Holdfast, Great Siege Road, Valletta VLT 1111, Malta. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm that we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and in that case we refund anything you paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include any applicable taxes. Pack discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

The product
Holdfast boxers are designed for light, everyday leaks. They are not a medical device and are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have health concerns, please speak to a doctor. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
Your legal rights
As a consumer you have legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the Maltese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
