We want you to be happy with your Holdfast boxers. Because this is underwear, a few hygiene rules apply. They are set out plainly below.
14 days to change your mind
You can return your order within 14 days of the day it is delivered and get a full refund, as long as the boxers are unworn, unwashed and still in their sealed pack.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot take back underwear once the pack has been opened, unless it is faulty.
Free size swap
Wrong size? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will swap it for another size free of charge, as long as the pack is still sealed. These boxers fit smaller than standard European sizes, so we recommend ordering one size up from your usual size.
Faulty or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you, even if the pack has been opened. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Cancelling before delivery
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships and get a full refund.
How to return or swap
- Message us through our Contact page with your order number, and tell us whether you would like a refund or a different size.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the sealed pack back within 14 days of contacting us.
Return postage
Size swaps and faulty or wrong items: we cover the postage. If you are returning an order because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and we have checked it, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.
